Brooke Thomas
Brooke Thomas has been in the broadcasting and direct response industry for the past 28 years. Presently, Mr. Thomas is the Co-Founder and President of Sales for 2830, LLC, a company that has earned the trust of over 50+ TV stations and cable networks in all DMA sizes.
Prior to joining 2830, LLC, Brooke was the Senior Vice President for Television and Internet Sales at GRTV Network, where he was responsible for ad revenues on satellite television networks, two e-commerce internet sites, and an in-house Per Inquiry (PI) agency.
Before joining GRTV, Brooke was the West Coast National Sales Manager for Paxson Communications, where he was responsible for new business and supervision of the Los Angeles in-house rep firm.
Mr. Thomas was also a Senior Account Supervisor for the infomercial advertising agency Williams Television Time. Mr. Thomas began his career in sales as a local account executive for KWHY-TV 22 in Los Angeles.

Terry Crosby
Mr. Crosby is the Co-Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of CNZ Communications, LLC, which owns and operates nine television stations in California, Texas, and Wisconsin. Formerly, he was the Co-Founder, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Una Vez Mas LP, the largest affiliate group of the Azteca América Spanish-language broadcast television network. Una Vez Mas commenced operations in 2002 and was sold in January 2014.
Mr. Crosby has over 36 years of broadcast experience, having successfully developed, owned, and managed English and Spanish-language television and radio stations in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Houston. Early in his career, he worked at KBRG and helped make it the top-billing Spanish-language station in the market. From 1990-1995, he co-owned and operated Galavisión’s first over-the-air affiliate located in Houston, TX. From 1995 to 2000, he served as Vice President and General Manager of KPXN in Los Angeles. In 2000, he sold his interest in KXLA and continued to serve as its Vice President and General Manager. In 2000, he started Una Vez Mas and put its first affiliate, KHDF (Las Vegas), on the air in 2002. Mr. Crosby has acquired more than 45 television stations.

Jack Crumpler
Jack Crumpler is a veteran executive with over 20 years of successful experience in broadcast and cable TV sales.
Before joining 2830, LLC, Mr. Crumpler was the General Manager of Paxson Communications’ WPXA-TV 14 in Atlanta. Additionally, Mr. Crumpler ran national sales for Paxson Communications, where he supervised six account executives and two sales assistants responsible for selling not only WPXA-TV but also over 50 Paxson stations.
Prior to WPXA-TV, Mr. Crumpler was the Regional Sales Manager for WGNX-TV and was part of a new management team hired by Tribune as the Local Sales Manager, where he supervised eight account executives and two assistants as well as managed inventory, created sales and forecast, and assigned accounts and set rates on an ongoing basis.
Mr. Crumpler has also held the position of Local Sales Manager at WATL-TV, where he directed a staff of eight people and formulated strategies as the station transitioned from an all-financial news format to a traditional independent format. Jack lives in Atlanta with his wife and two children.

Jim Bocock
Mr. Bocock is a consultant for Una Vez Mas LP, owner/operator of the largest group of television stations affiliated with the Azteca America television Network. He has also been a consultant and advisor for 2830, LLC’s television management team.
In 1990, he was co-founder and President/COO of Paxson Communications. The company owned 47 radio stations, 5 state radio networks, 63 television stations and INTV (Infomall) which became the PAX Television Network. Before that he was a Vice President of Home Shopping Network, Clearwater, Florida in charge of acquisition of and affiliation with television stations.
Bocock has owned radio stations in Rhode Island and South Carolina. His background includes radio management positions in Worcester, San Francisco, Richmond, Nashville and Tampa. In addition, he has held TV and radio sales positions and worked as an account executive for an advertising agency in Boston. He started out on the air for several stations in the Boston area. Bocock holds a BS Degree in Communications from Boston University.
Sonia Aldana
Sonia Aldana is a results-driven professional with over 20 years of experience in advertising sales representing large media corporations such as Univision and NBCUniversal. Sonia’s passion is developing relationships with clients to help each client meet their unique needs.
Outside of work, Sonia enjoys spending time with her husband and 8-year-old son. She is also working on her boxing skills.
